This policy covers the Calvix To-do text messaging program operated by Calvix Technology Solutions LLC, Gilbert, Arizona ("Calvix," "we," "us").
Calvix To-do is a private task-list service. It sends and receives text messages only with the account owner and household members he has personally authorized. It is not a marketing program and is not open to the public.
We use this information only to run the program: adding, listing, updating, and completing tasks; sending reminders and notifications you have requested; and keeping the service secure and working.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We use service providers solely to operate the program — Twilio to send and receive messages and Cloudflare to host and store data — and they may process your information only on our behalf.
We keep task and message records while the program is in use. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help. To ask about or delete your information, email dan@calvix.io.
Access to the program is limited to authorized phone numbers, and incoming messages are verified before they are accepted.
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above.
